    Born in Taipei, Taiwan, and raised in the Bay Area, I started my career in commercial lending as an Underwriter for Comerica Bank. Then I ventured into corporate finance, working as a Finance Analyst for Texas Instruments before taking the role of Global Finance Manager for Asus, Inc. I started investing in Real Estate: flip, buy-and-hold in 2009 and finally became a full-time Realtor in 2016.

    My analytic background in financial analysis, asset allocation, and the loan process empowered me to assist my clients in many related fields beyond buying and selling real estate. As a Real Estate investor, with my extensive in-depth knowledge in home construction and property management, I operate as a one-stop-shop and offer full service to my clients to help them achieve real estate goals.

    My team consists of 1 transaction manager, 1 listing specialist, 1 transaction coordinator, a staging company, professional photographers, mortgage brokers, and general contractors to take care of your Real Estate needs.
